OneStop Help
To begin using the OneStop website click the OneStop Data Retrieval link. This link brings you to the Menu page for OneStop.
There are two catagories on the Menu page:
The links below the OneStop Environmental Site Information header provide information on sources of environmental interest. Clicking one of those links will bring you to the related query page where you can enter as much information as you have about a particular location (e.g. name, address of business). Clicking the Submit Query button runs the query through the database of information maintained by that particular program interest and displays the results in a table. If you want information about all sources of environmental interest at a site use the OneStop Master Site Table link. All other links provide program-specific information. The Web Geographic Information System link brings you to the WebGIS site where you can interact with the DES GIS system to locate sources of environmental interest via a map-like interface.
The links below the OneStop Project-Specific Information header provide online, real-time access to information specific to doing business with various programs within DES. Under this heading you will currently find links that enable the user to: request sample bottles for testing drinking water; check on the status of certain permit applications and reimbursement requests; obtain information on environmental service providers such as hazardous waste transporters and water well contractors; and access summaries of projects funded under selected DES grant programs.
For help on querying the individual program databases listed under the OneStop Environmental Site Information heading, please see the OneStop Query Instructions. This will guide you through the query process to retrieve the desired information from the data base.
